This simple trattoria is popular for its well-prepared seafood at moderate prices. Hidden away off the main street of Atrani -- the village adjacent to Amalfi to the east -- it offers an ample menu of traditional dishes. The frittelle di alghe (seaweed fritters) are a perfect start. Follow them up with scialatielli alla paranza (homemade pasta with small fish), finishing with polipetti in cassuola (squid stewed in a terra-cotta pot) or a crispy grigliata (grilled fish). The wine list is short but includes excellent local wines.
