Located in an unassuming spot set back from busy Jalan Raya Seminyak, head to Rio for a fun evening of dining and drinks. They serve a colorful menu of fish, meat and vegetable dishes, all with a distinct Brazilian accent, utilizing local herbs and spices. Despite the tempting menu, it's the nightly barbecue buffets that attract a faithful clientele, both for its great value and the sociable ambiance. Charcoal grilled steaks, chicken, shrimp, mahi-mahi and more are fired up and served with a multitude of condiments such as jalapeno salsa and coconut and lime, along with crisp vegetables and salads. They also offer several compelling vegetarian alternatives. Alluring desserts include key lime pie and chocolate mousse.
