Ric's has done more to revitalize the downtown dining scene than any other restaurant. Out in Kamloops, nobody cares if you mix cuisines, so you'll find a wide-ranging menu -- among the tapas, selections such as spicy Dungeness crab bruschetta; and from the dinner menu, chutney prawns and scallops, Tequila lime barbecued ribs, or citrus-chile-glazed swordfish. The decor matches the food; Ric's is a handsome place with warm wood furnishings and dramatic black and gold accents.
