However, you still can take the sea air from the hotel's terrace if you grab a table at Zadar na Rivi, a casual dining spot set on the hotel's ground floor. The food is mostly so-so pizza and a few Dalmatian specialties, but you can sip coffee, have a snack, listen to live Dalmatian music, or enjoy the expansive view of the sea at a table here. Stop at Zadar na Rivi for the atmosphere, not the food, then walk around to the back of the shuttered hotel to see the ruins of the 10th-century St. Stomorica Church in situ.
