This restaurant is hidden behind the Legends Hotel which is located on Cherni Vrah near the U.S. Embassy. The little place has a very authentic Bulgarian decor complete with an open air seating area in the middle of the restaurant instead of outside near the busy traffic. The food is excellent, the wait staff friendly and usually speak good restaurant english, and the this is NOT a tourist hangout so no matter what time of year you will almost never find more than locals dining.
