Andrea of Reno Tahoe Thai Massage offers relaxing and healing Thai massage that specializes in problem or stiff areas of the body. Traditional Thai Massage is a form of bodywork that consists of passive stretching, muscle compression and the gentle kneading of muscles to allow for a better flow of energy, pain reduction and an overall greater sense of wellness. This is all done with flowing, rhythmic movements and gentle rocking along your body's energy lines and pressure points. You will leave with a feeling of deep relaxation and rejuvenation. Andrea began practicing yoga 15 years ago and began teaching in 2010. She started studying Traditional Thai Massage under Janice Vitavec at Spirit Winds School of Thai Massage, becoming Certified in Level 1 &2 in 2010 and Level 3&4 in 2011. Andrea graduated from Ralston School of Massage in May 2011 and has since become a Licensed Massage Therapist. Her rates are $35 for 30 minutes, $55 for 60 minutes and $75 for 90 minutes. She also offers private yoga lessons for $45 per hour.
