This restaurant is the only Relais & Chateaux in Rome. An elegant setting with two original rooms, one is the reconstruction of a winter garden, the other is smaller and more intimate. The service is high-class and the chef, Luigi Sforzelli, is meticulous in the presentation of his food, giving it the typical flavor of Trento. The cuisine is good, and the menu varies according to the season. We can mention the edible Boletus Mushrooms seasoned with parsley-root, Sea Bream Escalopes on a bed of Boletus Mushrooms with crispy algae and leek, and the Roast Red Partridge with pine needles, accompanied by a timbale of barley and bilberries wrapped in gold leaf.
