Red Sky, a chic, stylish restaurant & lounge, located at 224 Market Street in Old City. Michael Salvitti is at the helm in the kitchen preparing sexy comfort foods. Signature menu items include lobster quesadillas, mac & cheese, hand cut sky fries with five dipping sauces, sesame crusted ahi tuna, pear sake marinated salmon, smoky chargrilled NY strip steak & dim sum for two. Red Sky's dramatic decor is inspired by the industrial simplicity of New York's SoHo & tropical sophistication of Miami's South Beach. Lime green tiled floors, a glowing blue aluminum staircase, custom designed black leather banquettes, ottomans & steel tables punctuate the stark white space. Two story windows overlooking Market Street create an airy feel & brightness. An outdoor cafe seats 30 in warm weather months. Creative specialty cocktails such as the Smortini tempt patrons.
