This restaurant's claim to fame is its 70th floor location, which offers a breathtaking bird's eye view of downtown Singapore. The rather minimalist decor attracts businessmen, as well as starry-eyed couples on a romantic dinner date. Crowds are more casual during weekend high tea sessions. The recommended à la carte dishes are the pan-fried duck liver, veal tenderloin with goose liver and the baked seabass in zucchini strips on Riesling saffron sauce.
