Railway Station Prague - Braník | It is a railway station of a local significance, which is mainly used in the summer recreational traffic in the direction of Dobříš or Čerčany, past Vrané nad Vltavou. A typical weekend station, mostly used by cottagers, tramps, tourists and boat tramps. The station was put into operation in 1882 on the former track Vršovice - Modřany of the company named Czech Business Railway. Back then, the station’s name was Braník - Hodkovičky. The bunched platforms are not covered. Throughout the year, historical trips of steam-engine trains start from this railway station.
