The Quintana Café & Restaurant combines cuisine and culture.  Each weekday lunch is created with dishes inspired by culinary cultures of the world.  Are about 28 dishes between outputs, meats, fish, pasta and grains, plus a menu of coffees, sandwiches and snacks.  Saturdays and Sundays we serve a special brunch (combination of breakfast and lunch), with hot, cold, sweet and savory.  A team led by chef Gabriela Carvalho also organizes events of different sizes, with unique menus for each event.  The restaurant has a library with hundreds of titles, conducts literary soirees and brings exhibitions of photography, drawing and painting.  The poet Mario Quintana inspired home decor, which has verses and caricatures of him on the walls.  The restaurant is also part of the Responsible Food Movement, which brings together 11 of Curitiba restaurants that offer organic products that are not endangered, used entirely for reduce waste and are purchased in Curitiba and metropolitan region to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from transportation.  On the menu Quintana, 80% of the ingredients are of organic origin
