Queen Amina of (Zazzau) Zaria (15th Century Warrior Queen) expanded the territory of the Hausa people of North Africa to the largest borders in History. More than 400 years later, the legend of her persona became the model for a television series about a fictitious warrior princess called Xena. The conqueror of the Sahel lived on a beautiful natural heritage mountain. Ideal for hiking and discoveries, her throne carved in stone, remnants of her room plus lots more to explore. Her kingdom is in Turunku, Zaria in Kaduna State.
