It's easy to overlook Purger, a nondescript storefront near the Omladinski Hostel near Zagreb's center, but you shouldn't, especially if you're on a budget. The interior is "cute" but nothing fancy and the menu is loaded with tantalizing homemade dishes at a fair price.
