The Saint-François is exclusively dedicated to fish. With a healthy dose of local color thanks to the products offered, the vendors, and a nice location in the small, pretty square of Old Nice, you can't help but be charmed. If you have the chance, be sure to taste the poutine, young sardines fished in March and April, between Menton and the Antibes. It's a local tradition that dates back to the Middle Ages.
