Phase One is a small, but beautiful multi-disciplinary arts festival that presents cutting edge electronic music, visual art, film, master classes and workshops. This event is all about fun and the opportunity for creative expression and is organised by volunteers with a passion for all genres of electronic music, art and an appreciation of what makes a great music and arts festival. The festival vision is to bring together both popular and less well known genres of electronic music and incorporate them with multi-media and electronic art for the entertainment and enjoyment of all. Phase One takes place in the superb surroundings of an 18th Century former courthouse in Carrick-on-Shannon overlooking the majestic River Shannon.
