Perrott's Garden Bistro at Hayfield Manor opened in 2005 to complement the hotel's Signature Fine Dining Restaurant, Orchids, and to provide guests and local food lovers a more informal dining option in Cork. Since then, the bistro has gone from strength to strength, establishing itself as a favourite with all diners who happily share in the unique setting, décor, ambience and five star service. Perrott's Garden Bistro is open for lunch at 12.30 until 2.30pm each day creating an ideal venue in which to catch up with friends, meet for business, celebrate special occasions or just enjoy a quick bite on a break from work. Perrott's Bistro offers an a la carte menu from Monday to Saturday and enhances this offering with speciality dishes that are designed on a daily basis to encourage use of the freshest ingredients and to keep the fare exciting for regular diners. On a Sunday, there is a four course set price lunch option for €39. Featuring Sunday Roast favourites, this has become a popular traditional treat with families and hotel guests. Evening dining hours are extensive; dinner at Perrott's Garden Bistro commences at 5.30pm and is served until 10pm for non residents and until 10.30pm for residents. Early diners are welcome to avail of a two or three course Twilight Menu for €27 or €34 respectively, available from 5.30pm until 6.30pm (limited availability on selected dates).A full a la carte evening menu is also on offer, featuring a varied selection of local and international cuisine. Larger parties can be accommodated with set price menu's. A resident Sommelier ensures that a complete catalogue of wines are on hand to complement all food choices.For those looking to host an intimate event or celebration, Perrott's Bistro boasts an exclusive wine cellar that has the capacity to cater to numbers from two to twenty eight. The appropriately titled Vine, is a candle lit, working wine cellar and is a unique and impressive area in which to dine.
