This small stage live music venue in SoHo is a welcome contrast to formula following clubs that make up the bulk of Hong Kong's nightlife scene. Small is a key word: the stage, tables, the entire space is on the petite size. This makes the massive paintings on the walls and ceiling seem larger than life, and the effect accentuates the beats and rhythms one hears here after 9:30 most evenings. Soul, funk, jazz, blues, bossa nova and even a folk artist or two can be found on Peel's stage. Being located on Hong Kong's "music street" makes this place is easy to find.
