Paulo's Churrasco do Brasil is the Brazilian Steakhouse in Barbados. Located in Christ Church, the fixed menu offers a selection of barbecued meats carved straight onto your plate. Start the meal at the buffet section where you get the salads and soup, and then signal a waiter who has the meat you want and he will simply carve down sheets of meat tableside.
