It's free and it's open 24 hours so, not surprisingly, it's busy at certain times of day with a motley collection of the general public. It's most popular with kids, and there's even a roller skating school where they can take lessons at all levels. This 500 meter long, open-air municipal roller skating rink is located by a large pond and surrounded by an attractive green landscaped area. The facility attracts athletes training in all sorts of other disciplines as well.
