Pasta de Waraku has gained a loyal and devoted clientele for its unique combination of Italian pasta-type dishes and Japanese cuisine. In the restaurant's large window, mock plastic versions of the 80 or so pasta dishes have been placed to help customers make their choice. If you are the adventurous type, select something a little unusual like the Squid & Spicy Cod Roe Wafu Japanese Pasta or the Eel with Egg Pasta. Only fresh and natural ingredients are used in the cooking—no MSG—so the pastas are as healthy as they are delicious. Service is notably good, and the waitresses are very swift and helpful. The ambience is cozy yet modern, but due to the restaurant's small size, seating is limited and reservations are recommended. - Martin Jenkins
