Parque Rodo is located on the rambla, seacoast, in front of Ramirez Beach, it has several different kind of Uruguayan and foreign trees, a lake, and a restaurants and bars area . The name is in honor to Jose Enrique Rodo a Uruguayan writer, the most popular books are the "Parabolas" and "Ariel". A lot of times there are different activities at the Park for free like concerts, and there is a small Casttle where works a library for adults and children.
