Parc Geisendorf
rue de LyonAbout
Covering a surface of 51,300 square meters, this park is situated on old agricultural land and is named after the former owner who sold it to Geneva town in 1931. The Parc Geisendorf area now available to the public is approximately half of the original size. Essentially a park for children, having several contrasting play areas, it also provides a relaxing environment for adults. Of special interest to tree lovers is the enormous and magnificent sequoia which was struck by lightening.
