Panda Chinese Restaurant, 1216 Regent St (at Prospect, in the City Motel)(506) 455-5050. Fredericton's only authentic Chinese restaurant opened in the summer of 2010, providing an excellent addition to Fredericton's otherwise dismal ethnic food scene. They have a daily Chinese lunch buffet with a small variety of choices (though the quality of the food makes up for it), and at $9 it is one of the cheapest buffets in the city.
