Palatul Mogoşoaia (Mogoşoaia Palace), strada Valea Parcului nr. 1 (next to Mogoşoaia lake in the western part of the village), ☎ +4021 3506620 (office@palatebrancovenesti.ro, fax: +4021 3506618), [1]. Tu-Su 10AM-6PM (May to October), 9AM-5PM (November-April). Built in 1698-1702 by prince Constantin Brâncoveanu the palace is a prime example of the Brâncovenesc style (a mix of traditional Romanian, Baroque and Oriental architectures). It's surrounded by a large park that is a popular weekend destination. 5 lei, 8 lei guided tours in English or French (only Sa-Su), 4 lei parking.
