No matter your interest, Chino's Prado Regional Park will keep you plenty active. Close to Southern California's major attractions, Prado Regional Park offers all sorts of family activities in one setting. At this park in the lush Chino Valley River Basin, you can fish on a 60-acre lake and picnic in the shade of a tree or covered shelter while you take in views of the lake and surrounding mountains. The park even offers two kinds of golf: Play a round of disc golf on the new 18-hole championship course or bring your clubs and play the traditional way on two 18-hole courses at El Prado Golf Course . Prado also lets you hike nature trails where you can see native plants and maybe even local wildlife. Rent a horse or pony at Prado Equestrian Center and go for a ride on the trails. Plus, Prado Regional Park also has an Olympic shooting range and archery field adjacent to the main park area. During the summer, stay cool and rent a pedal boat, kayak or canoe to take out on the lake. And, Prado offers year-round camping for tents and RVs.
