Osteria Dei Sapori provides faithful Italian cuisine in modern surroundings. Spread over three adjoining rooms, the decor balances a business lunch vibe and family nights out, through a mix of open brickwork, tiled floors and photographs of Italian landscapes. Antipasto, the pride of the kitchen, takes centre stage on an antique side table along with a traditional meat slicer, creating the feeling of eating in the family home. In the Italian fashion, pasta - such as house-made ravioli filled with sweet potato, pumpkin and walnut with butter and sage - is the sole option for entree. Meat from the charcoal grill dominates the mains and the decently sized wine list features predominantly WA and Italian wines with a smattering from interstate. This is Italian at its unashamed best.
