Daniel, the chef and the owner of the tavern, after graduating all'IPSSAR Maffioli of Castelfranco Veneto, has worked in the most prestigious restaurants in Venice and its province.  Initially chef at the luxury hotel Laguna Palace Mestre, he worked at the restaurant "Dall'Amelia", then move to '"Old Exacting" in Venice and later at the hotel "Monac o", always in the lagoon city.
