With a CV that reads like a Who's Who of the culinary world (he previously collaborated with the famous chef, Christian Constant, at the Crillon) his reputation is deservedly well-established. Simple but elegant fare, including fried bream on seminola and light chocolate dumplings with nuts and caramel sauce; congenial service and an engaging atmosphere.
