The Washington Gallery is a two level art gallery based in a refurbished art deco cinema located in the centre of Penarth, in the Vale of Glamorgan, just 5 miles from Cardiff centre. The gallery has a café with licensed bar and sells a wide range of art as well as glassware, ceramics, jewellery, cards and giftware.
