The shop is decorated with original old enamel advertising signs and features a range of old advertising tins, bottles, lables, boxes, etc. I sell a wide range of traditional old fashioned sweets for example; Brandy Balls, coconut teacakes, Army & Navy, Fairy Satins, Butter Balls, Rum Balls, Liquorice, chocolate toffee rolls to mention but a few..On dispay in the shop is a fiddle which was used on the set of the film "D'Arby O'Gill and the little people", there is also a signed photo of Jimmy Odea who played King Brian in the film, also lobby cards from the film. The shop is a 2 minute walk across from Carrickfergus Castle (10 North Street) there are many other various businesses in the street which lends itself to a vibrant community of retail shops.
