It is a 20-minute run for this ferry between the Jacques-Cartier Pier at the Old Port and the Longueuil Marina on the South Shore, with a pick-up on Île Ste-Hélène. The boat has a maximum carrying capacity of 150 people and 60 bicycles. You can book a same-day ticket at the boarding pier starting at 10am. Or, you can reserve in advance by calling the Navettes Maritimes du Saint-Laurent at +1 514 281 8000. In either case, priority boarding is reserved for passengers who buy return tickets. The ferry runs between the third week in May and the second week in October. Note that the schedule changes throughout the summer and into the fall.
