The concept of the fondue restaurant, was born more than two decades in the district of Setúbal, specifically in Palhais. Later, comes the opportunity to promote our products through the Gourmet Shop, and since November 2012, the second unit of the fondue restaurant business, now in Lisbon. The idea was born from the observation, in countries more aware of the fondue was meat, cheese or chocolate. However, the conception of the idea, with the objective of adding value to the traditional "pot" used to confecionar, it was decided to design and patent a small ribbed plate carried to the table, on which to grill the meat, which highlights the exotic, fish or shellfish in a more healthy way.
