Gently nestled in the side of the colossal Opera House, Nowa La Bohème is a high-gloss affair blending nouvelle Polish cuisine with thoughtful, classy surroundings. The menu was given a complete makeover by the maverick talents of head chef Lukasz Deput, and it now boasts a delightful assortment of Polish delicacies. Specialty dishes include sea bass with grilled vegetables and potato mousse and veal loin wrapped in ham and served with truffle sauce and potato dumplings.
