Nooning Barℜstaurant is a Moscow embodiment of New York and London artistic loft style place.Eclectic minimalism is the main theme: from menu to design. Here you can find two zones. The lower one is for banquet rooms with karaoke, the second - restaurant, bar, Vip lounge and balcony with tables for guests. The unique thing is that both floors are connected with suspended music stage and cinema screen.
