Sorry, but the Romanians are huge meat-eaters. It will be difficult to find o vegetarian restaurant in Sibiu. I think we simply dont have one. But i have a good news: The romanian kitchen is various ritch, and you will find on the traditional romanian restaurants some nice traditional (for you unknown) food, cooked on vegetarian base. Try "ciroba de legume" - vegetarian soure soupe, "salata de vinete" - Aubergine-salad, "Papanasi" - a good desert, "bulz" - polenta with cheeese ore all tipes of cooked vegetables.
