In Short Located on the lower floor of the Dezerland Hotel, the large lobby is dark and moist; oak-leaf branches hang overhead, letting off a pleasant aroma that's featured in oak-leaf treatments. Prompt and professional staff lead guests on a tour of the maze of hallways that lead to treatment rooms, spa facilities and quiet rooms. Since the spa is attached, but not inside the hotel, guests are likely to be area residents as well as out-of-towners.
