Nigeen Lake, sometimes called as, Nagin Lake, is a beautiful lake, located very near to Dal Lake in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir. Indeed, both the lakes are interconnected by a small water channel. Sometimes, referred to as a separate lake, Nagin Lake is said to be a part of Dal Lake. The lake can be enjoyed most while you go through an awesome boating experience. In the mid of the lake, you can do shopping; you can buy exquisite handicrafts, even the famous Pashmina shawls, and even you can make a call from the mobile phone booths. Bounded by the Shankaracharya hill (Takht-e-Suleiman) on the south and Hari Parbat on the west and located at the foot of the Zabarwan hills, the lake is a popular destination in Srinagar.
