Neo Restaurant and Luxe Lounge is a uber cool oasis in the city. It's principally a restaurant, but with a large bar and lounge for late night music and dancing. The food is mod Thai; the furnishings are slick with liquid walls, a colossal chandelier and a galactic bar (which also happens to be the longest bar in town). The biggest night of the week is Stiletto Saturday - ladies who strut in heels, enjoy discounts on cocktails. Every inch gives you 10 percent off. DJs play nightly - expect chillout, lounge and deep house. Happy hours are from 5pm to 7pm. Popular cocktails are Apricot Cider, Orange Brulee and Black Forest. It's the place for drinks or for a late supper after a show at the adjacent KL Live.
