National Aquatics Center -Lights on until 9PM or later, check with your hotel. Also known as the "Water Cube". Swimming and diving venue. Tickets to visit the inside of the Water Cube are sold throughout the day. The ticket office is inconveniently located by the tour bus parking lot at the northwest corner of the building (which is a fair hike from the building entrance at the southeast corner, facing the stadium). The building also sometimes now hosts sound and light shows in the evenings.Water Cube now open to public. It's open from Thursday to Sunday from 2pm to 7pm, and costs 50RMB/2 hours, but to get in to the deep pool you have to go through a short "health test" to make sure you're fit enough to swim.
