Located in Downtown Portoviejo, across the street from Central Plaza and surrounded by bank and government's offices, it's a small 3 floors museum with exhibitions of prehispanic culture in Manabí, 20th century ecuadorean's paintings, and special shows schedules at times as photo displays, craft exhibitions, etc. A/C, gift store and a small library with internet access. Free tours on weekdays, Spanish guides available upon request
