The Mongolian Grill has restaurants in Trincity, Price Plaza and Port of Spain. The menu is devised by the diner who gets to choose from various components of the dish by selecting meat, vegetables and rice, and then instructing the chef how to cook it in accordance to the methods of the restaurant. Diners can also choose from the pre-set menu of starters like the signature Mongolian Buffalo Wings complimented by the delicious wing sauce and the main courses of either a meat or vegetable choice.
