Mondello Park is Ireland’s only motor racing school, where individuals can drive a race prepared Mazda 3 Saloon Car and Formula Sheane Single Seater on a real racing track in a safe and controlled environment. The racing school usually runs on one weekend day per week and should be booked in advance or on the day, terms and conditions apply. The covered grandstand on the main straight seats 1200 people and is ideal for viewing, with no charge at race events. The circuit has a raised viewing area for wheelchairs and wheelchair accessible toilets in the main spectator area. They run a number of shows each year, including the 'Motorcycle Expo' in May, the 'Classic Car' and 'Motorcycle' live in June and 'Japfest' in September. Their museum of motorsport contains a collection of historic race and rally cars along with some exotic special road cars. It is opened at the bigger events and shows or by arrangement with the circuit mid week.
