Located near the main entrance to the city, this site holds many surprises, from the remains of an ancient mosaic floor, to ritual baths, wine and olive presses, as well as caves used by the rebels in the Bar Kochba revolution which took place in 135 C.E. The area has been cleaned allowing for an interesting visit, allowing one to enrich his knowledge of the history of the area -- all right inside the city.
