Mirdif City Centre opened in March 2010, and is developed and managed by Majid Al Futtaim Properties. Mirdif City Centre has a gross leasable area of 196,000 sqm, houses 465 retail stores and is the first shopping mall in the region to have been awarded a Gold LEED rating for its environmentally sustainable design. Mirdif City Centre's entertainment offering includes Playnation, which features Little Explorers, iFly Dubai, Yalla Bowling, Soccer Circus Dubai and Aquaplay. Mirdif City Centre also features a 10-screen cinema complex, VOX Cinemas.
