This is one of the latest park open by the municipality. From there is possible to see downtown, the river, the northern part of the city and part of the Malecón 2000. It is better to see the sunset rather than the sunrise. It neighborhood is safe and people can get there by taxi but it would be difficult to get a taxi from there.
