Classy—but not overly fancy, modern, cool, quite hard-to-find, and featuring upscale, authentic Mexican cuisine. Their margaritas are also some of the best (and often most creative) you will find in Maryland, and weekend brunch can see some great bottomless drinks deals. This is one of those places that will impress people you take there (if only for the difficulty in finding it!), and one of those places that makes clear the inexorably changed reality in Locust Point. There is a parking garage across from the main entrance to the building, where you can park on the lower level. $14-30.
