Located on a quiet cul-de-sac off 26th of July Street, this small, relatively new (opened 2007), bistro-style restaurant has fresh pasta at very reasonable prices. Service can be iffy, but the decor is pleasant and very clean, with Italian pop music in the background. All the dishes come with garlic bread. The only drawback is that you'll have to have your Italian food without wine, as Mezza Luna has no liquor license.
