This high school culinary program runs a weekday coffee shop with food and service that surpass many fine restaurants. Everything is prepared and served by the students. It is closed for school holidays and from mid-May to after Labor Day. Counter, booth or table seating is available with a view of the program's classroom area. Freshly made soups, salads, sandwiches and burgers and entrée specials including a weekly "student special".
