Every third Sunday of the month, several stalls are set up around the narrow streets in the Cittavecchia, near Piazza dell'Unità d'Italia. They sell antiques, second hand goods and bits and pieces. This is a flea market where everything can be found, even though most of it is useless items! If you are lucky, you will find a rare, precious item which has been hidden away for years. Thousands of locals and tourists come here in the hot weather and the best articles disappear in minutes. For more information, contact the local tourist office.
