Mercadillo de Marbella, If you suddenly realise that the city is very quiet, it's because everyone has gone to the Monday market near the Estadio Municipal stadium, a few minutes from the city centre. The area is full of little stalls displaying a wide range of goods, including clothes, swimsuits, bikinis, towels, bedding, ceramics, souvenirs and more. There are several stalls selling cassettes, compact disks, records, videos, stamps and postcards for collectors, etc. There are, of course, fruit and vegetable stalls, and stalls selling olives and all kinds of pickles. It's worth going to have a look, as you'll definitely end up buying something.
